La representaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica solicit\u00f3 la prisi\u00f3n preventiva del encausado, quien se expone a varios a\u00f1os de pena privativa de libertad.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los hechos sucedieron el 8 abril de 2023, siendo las 18:00 horas aproximadamente, oportunidad en que el hoy encausado cit\u00f3 a la afectada en su casa, ubicada en el barrio San Ram\u00f3n del municipio hernandariense, donde le invit\u00f3 gaseosa. Poco despu\u00e9s, la v\u00edctima comenz\u00f3 a sentirse mareada, con un ardor en la garganta, sabor a lavandina, seg\u00fan declar\u00f3 en su momento.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Luego, la joven le pidi\u00f3 dinero a su pap\u00e1 para poder retirarse del sitio en un Uber, ya que el mareo iba intensific\u00e1ndose. Sin embargo, el sindicado le tom\u00f3 del cuello, le tir\u00f3 a la cama y se abalanz\u00f3 sobre ella. La misma, forceje\u00f3 de todas las formas con su agresor y al conseguir ponerse de pie trat\u00f3 de escapar, pero el indiciado nuevamente le agarr\u00f3 del cabello, le arroj\u00f3 al piso, propin\u00e1ndole patadas hasta dejarla inconsciente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ante la Fiscal\u00eda, la adolescente manifest\u00f3 que habr\u00eda sido drogada y que lo \u00faltimo que recuerda es haber visto desnudo a su padre. Sigui\u00f3 relatando que recuper\u00f3 el conocimiento cerca de las 03:30 horas de la ma\u00f1ana, encontr\u00e1ndose desnuda, con rastros de golpes y una herida en la boca. Luego, le pidi\u00f3 ayuda a un amigo para abandonar el lugar.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El m\u00e9dico forense del Ministerio P\u00fablico confirm\u00f3 signos de violencia f\u00edsica y sexual, resultando casi imposible la inspecci\u00f3n ginecol\u00f3gica debido a la inflaci\u00f3n en ambos muslos aductores.
